Workout 1: Full Body Metabolic Conditioning
(3 Versions: Beginner, Intermediate, And Advanced)
There’s no wasting time with these FBMC workouts. Here, full body exercises using both bodyweight and weights are structured into mini-circuits where you’ll do a number of exercises back-to-back with limited rest.
When these specific full body exercises are combined with very little rest between sets, they help your progress with the use of shorter rest periods that force your muscles to demand more oxygen (and thus calories) for hours on end.
And since I’ve created a beginner, intermediate, and advanced version of this workout, you’ll always have a workout that is most suitable for your current level of fitness.
Additionally, the higher intensity of these workouts has been shown to increase levels of certain hormones - especially the catecholamines and growth hormone. All of these factors contribute to your progress with this program.
Workout 2: Bodyweight Blast

These Bodyweight Blast workouts will have your muscles trembling and burning fat by sequencing a number of bodyweight exercises together in a very strategic fashion.
